I noticed that the direct debit which always comes out for the same oamount every month has not been called for this month (September). It is supposed to come out on 25th of the month which this month was a saturday. It is now 28th Tuesday. Why has it still not been called for by ID Mobile? I dont want to make an additional payment if your system is just going to call for payment late. Similarly I dont want to not pay the bill and have the phone cut off! What do you suggest? Big problem yesterday as well with the email saying I hadnt paid, and then couldnt get into my account. Now I can get into my account and It is not saying I have a missing payment. whats going on?
