Hi, I change my direct debit details. I set up new one on my business account today I got a text message from ID as is no active direct debit on my account after checking my bank account I see everything is correct is there any chance that I can check that somehow on the ID account

Try opening https://idmobile.co.uk/live-chat, in a web browser.
Type “talk to a person” after connecting, to avoid the 24/7 chat-bot.
