A couple of months ago I changed the direct debit date payment on my app. It was straightforward and on checking again today, it’s still sitting at the date I want to make the payment. However, the payment has always come out over 20 days over the one I want. Instead of the 20th of the month. It comes out on the following 10th of the next month. Why is this happening?
