So if my roaming is on and I’m connected to the parks wifi in Disneyworld can I use the internet to check my banking or check into places and upload photos ? without being charged ??

@Jonathan Woollacott,

Welcome to the Community!

You can use iD Services but they will be chargeable. Please see the link below for the charges.

If you wish to avoid any charges, I would advise that you set your cap to £0.

Why would you turn on roaming? WiFi and Data are two different services. Put your phone in airplane mode and connect to a WiFi network if you don’t want to risk being charged for Data, Calls and texts abroad.

Hi @Nettie2012

If roaming is off in the iD Mobile account, you won’t be charged for roaming.

I’d recommend logging into the iD Mobile app/website and ensuring your bill cap is set to an amount you are comfortable with.
