Do I need new SIM?

Just had notification of 3g being phased out. Do I need a new SIM?

Hi @Peterz2103,

Welcome to the Community!

As @andewhite advised, you won’t need a new SIM but if your handset doesn’t support 4G then you’ll need a new one.

Not likely, I wouldn’t have thought so @Peterz2103.
You might need a new phone, if your existing handset doesn’t support 4G Calling though.

Hi folks

 

Checked my phones compatibility with 4g, seems “A OK” . She’s an old device but still works fine. I’m “old school”. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. 😉
