Hi...I want to buy a monthly plan phone but do not have 3 years of address history in UK. So I am unable to checkout.

Perhaps buy a SIM free handset from Apple, Google or Amazon online, then get a PAYG iD SIM card with a bundle, and set the bundle to auto-recur.
No UK address history or credit check required with iD PAYG - good luck

Unfortunately we’d require a minimum of 3 years of UK address history for a credit check, if you don’t have this we wouldn’t be able to sell you a contract.
