Dont Know if my order was comfirmed

Hi can someone help i just placed a order but when i clicked confirm it just went to a empty basket page i don’t know if it went through.

I don’t want to do it again in case i order two and i cant get help as you require a id number for live chat and the phone number don’t work thanks.
