Double charged for upfront costs

Hi, I’ve been double charged for upfront cost off my upgrade phone, contacted live chat and was told to contact Carphone Warehouse, when contacted them was told that because purschase was made through idmobile.co.uk need to sort it with you, got lost now with what to do next .

Do you happen to know if you’ve gone and purchased a new line by mistake here?  Have two phones been delivered to you?

See it shouldn’t ever be possible to upgrade a number twice (at the same time) as you’ll be updating the tariff and contract on an existing number.  So if an order was automatically cancelled, then a refund should have automatically returned to you within 3-5 working days.
