End Monthly data sim contract - no chat agents, no one to call!!

I need to end my monthly data sim contract but this is not possible through the app/online account and there are no customer service agents to talk to!

As a rolling 1 month contract advertised as being able to end at any time I did not expect it to be this difficult!!

I will not be using ID mobile again.

I need to end my contract and negotiate a repayment plan to clear a debt on the account but i don't have an online account or the sim

Was this for a 24 month handset contract, or a SIM only plan? Has the outstanding amount been passed to a Debt Collection Agency yet do you know?
