Error message when trying to input pac code


As with other members, I’m trying to switch my new number using a PAC code. ID mobile doesn’t recognise the pac, my surname, phone numbers or transaction number. Please help! Also, I have not received a welcome email from ID mobile. I previously had a  ID mobile account set up on behalf of my daughter but this with some years ago, I hope this hasn’t caused any confusion.

Thanks. Sorted now. I went back to carohone warehouse to get the transaction number. It was confusing as I didn’t get a “welcome” email, just an email from edocuments that went into spam. Not the simplest of processes!
