hello i’m just setting up a new phone but cannot connect to the network. i’ve tried inserting the old sim card but that hasn’t worked. i’ve looked in the documentation sent as part of the upgrade. Please advise, thanks

The email containing the eSIM should instruct on how to activate it to your new device, assuming your new device supports eSIM.

 

If neither the old SIM or new eSIM are working, it may be best to try a replacement SIM.
