Can I have switch to esim?

    To get an eSIM, you can:

     

    • Chat to us.

    Our Live Chat team are able to issue you an eSIM, which will be sent to the account holder’s email. (type talk to someone to be put through to a person). 
     

    Make sure your phone is eSIM compatible before requesting an eSIM.
