I took out two plans for id mobile, one eSIM was sent pretty immediately and the other not at all. I’ve just received further emails advising of direct debit and charge confirmations.. but obviously I can’t use that second sim or even register it with ID until the eSIM is sent and setup.. any idea what I can do?
