Esim not working. showing as unknown number

New Samsung S24 and IDmobile plan purchased via mobiles.co.uk.

I've attempted to port my number via a triangle port to my new ID mobile sim.

My new physical ID sim wouldn't work. No calls, texts or data. I contacted ID mobile via twitter who sent me a Esim.

 

I've installed the Esim, I can now receive phone calls but Data is stuck at h+ and turns off occasionally. I still can't make phone calls. When I go to sim manager the Esim shows as a unknown number.

 

Can someone please help with this?

Sorry to hear this, have you tried a network settings reset with the new device?

 

Have you made sure to remove the now deactivated physical SIM and ensure the only one in is the eSIM?

 

It may be worth getting back in touch with the team on Twitter and letting them know you’re still having issues?
