eSim order - how long?


Hi there,

 

I ordered an eSim about 5 hours ago.  Everything seemed fine and the browser gave me a confirmation screen and I have an order number.  However, I have received absolutely nothing by email relating to this.  I am being impatient?  How long should it take?

Forum members can’t see order statuses, @symonds1.

Maybe it’s in your mailbox Junk / Spam folder, or sent to an invalid email address.

What does iD customer support say?
