eSim order - how long for acknowledgement/qr code?

I ordered an eSim about 5 hours ago.  Everything seemed fine and the browser gave me a confirmation screen and I have an order number.  However, I have received absolutely nothing by email relating to this.  I am being impatient?  How long should it take?
