Ive just swapped from voxi to ID mobile i added my id mobile eSIM but it didnt show my number so i removed it and tried adding it back but now when i try add it back it says Your eSIM isn’t ready yet.

You’ll need to speak to iD customer care about your eSIM tomorrow,
Contact an adviser using the iD online Live Chat service - the advisers work until 6pm at weekends.
Community members can’t look at customer accounts.
