Is there an alternative way to get an esim. QR code. I've requested one multiple times but never received the email.

There is no other way to receive an eSIM QR code. Have you confirmed that iD Mobile are sending it to the correct email address? If so, check your SPAM folder and maybe your block list.

I’ve confirmed the email address multiple times and even tried an alternative email address.

 

It’s as if the email is not being sent or is stuck at the idmobile end.

ahi i have tried to get e-sim QR code about tree times with 2 diferent emails but never got them

checked spam and emails are correct

Please can you help with this issue

Apparently there is an ongoing issue with my esim profile. I will update this thread when it's resolved.

I've contacted them and apparently I have an ongoing issue with my esim profile that cannot be resolved (at least not in the near future).

 

I'm just weighing up my options.
