esim qr says no data

I’ve just bought a pay monthly contract but the eSIM qr says it has no data and the option to manually add it doesn’t appear in my settings. I have a iPhone 14 Pro Max, model MQ873ZA/A that the id mobile list said was compatible with esims but as it isn’t working I’m guessing the list is wrong. Can a physical sim be sent out or do I need to cancel the contract and start over?

It sounds like you may need a new iD Mobile eSIM which you can request via Live Chat,

If you would like a physical SIM you can collect one from your local Curry’s store or request for one to be delivered via Live Chat.

The SIM should work as an eSIM or physical SIM as I have an iD Mobile eSIM in my iPhone 13 Pro Max.
