I moved to ID Mobile in July and received the QR code to activate my eSIM. I am now buying a new phone. Can I use the QR code from July to activate the eSIM, or do I need to request a new code?

You may be able to move the eSIM from device to device in the device, however it may be best if issues are found here to request a replacement eSIM, which can be done by getting in touch with us directly.
