I just recently switch my eSIM From my phone to my wife phone, I already install, but when I switch back to my phone, I delete eSIM from my wife and now I want to install My eSIM, when I open my ID account, I get code to install eSIM now time I use that code, but when I scan that code, it’s showing you have to contact ID Mobile, so please help me to install my eSIM into my phone

As suggested above, we don’t support transferring of an eSIM from one device to another, we’d recommend getting a replacement eSIM and activating it on the desired device.
