esim replacment needed but no OTC access?!?

Hello there, 
 

I am in a bit of desperate situation here:

I have mistakingly deleted my esim so I need an esim replacement to set it up again.

I have spoken to life chat and they said that they can't issue a replacement esim without OTC which I can't produce cause my line is not working( esim deleted They said they have sent a pyshicl SIM to my home address instead then using OTC I could get esim replacement!. That would be all good except  I am on a long work+holidays trip in the EU already and I need my UK number back ASAP. 

Is there really no other way to email me esim replacement? Any extra security questions instead of that OTC code? Clearly it must be another work around  in this type of situation I am currently in now? 

PLEASE HELP cause I am getting a bit  desperate now!

    We are very sorry to hear your eSIM has been deleted and you are not able to receive the One Time Passcode.

    Unfortunately, we are not able to issue a new eSIM without the One Time Passcode so a physical SIM would need to be obtained to complete this. 

     

    We appreciate that due to your current circumstances, you are unable to get a physical SIM but unfortunately, there is not an alternative to the current process for ordering the eSIM.
