I installed an eSIM on my new iPhone 15 to support an overseas trip. Since returning to UK my phone keeps reverting to my eSIM rather than my mobile account. It’s frustrating as the solution involves copying each number and pasting it onto my keypad and then manually selecting my mobile data to make the call. How do I rest my phone to make calls using my physics sim?

From your network settings you should be to select your primary or second number as your voice line.
If you don’t need the eSIM you can turn the line off.
