esims not working

Hello, I recently obtained an eSIM after my physical sim stopped making/accepting calls. The eSIM experience has been patchy at best & is now only allowing me access to mobile data, I can only make calls via WhatsApp. Any help greatly received👍

Hi, it’s showing 4/5g but no telephone signal. I can make/receive calls when connected to WiFi. What’s volte, never heard of it?👍

This iD online article might help.

VoLTE is the iD network service you need to use for making/receiving calls over a 4G mobile network, @Sparky7510.

You might be in an area where the iD Mobile 3G network service has been switched OFF.

Does this behaviour happen everywhere, @Sparky7510

Perhaps you’re using the handset with your iD eSIM in an area where their 3G network service has been switched OFF, so need to have VoLTE enabled on your handset.
