This is the 3rd time I have been abroad and after speaking with customer services who have assured me that I will have euro roaming, yet again I have been UNABLE To USE MY PHONE ABROAD. WHAT NUMBER DO I CALL FOR CUSTOMER SERVICES.

The support teams work until 8pm weekdays (6pm at weekends).

Idmobile have never replied...I have used the chat bot which is a waste of time.

To avoid the waste-of-time chat-bot, just type “talk to a person” after connecting to live chat
