Why am i being charged a final bill even though I never used the phone and not even turned it on and set it up?. I returned the phone after 1 day of receiving.

Unfortunately, iD Mobile send new customers an active SIM card, so they can charge line rental from the date they dispatch your order, @Amelie Lache.

You’d be liable for the charges while the contract was live, charges and billing begins upon dispatch.
