My 24 month min. agreement is running out on 14/11/2024
I requested a PAC and got notice that my estimated final bill will be £82.15
34.49 of line rental and 47.66 of balance from unpaid bills.
With the PAC being Valid until 22/11/2024 I would then have a service that I would not have access to between 14/11 and 14/12
Shouldn’t I only be charged for the outstanding line rental rather than that + a full bill?

+26The amount you pay for your iD contract doesn’t drop, to line rental only, at the end of the contract minimum term
You’d need to change or upgrade your iD plan on the 15-Nov-2023, over to say a 1-month rolling SIM only plan to avoid continuing to pay for the handset you’ll have paid off by mid-Nov.
That’s the way iD do things unfortunately.

The final termination fee would be built up of whatever’s left to pay through to the end of the contracted term date, if you’re about to pay a bill, this final term date may go down.
