Google pixel 3. Fingerprint login worked fine then bam, not working. It's been at least six months and I have reinstalled numerous times. This time, as suggested, I cleared cache and data then uninstalled. Reinstalled. Same issue again. When you first log in it offers fingerprint. You accept. Next log in it just defaults to username and password. Very frustrating and it easier to log in on browser with saved log in!!!

I am sorry to hear about the issue with the fingerprint log-in. Are you running Android 10? If so, the feature won’t work I’m afraid at this time and the issue is currently under investigation.

Yes android 10. Seems to have killed a few apps to be fair!! Thanks.
Fingers crossed it won’t be too long until we have an update for the app to which re-instates the feature. It never goes unnoticed how much people do prefer the option when we can offer it.
