i’m of to get a replacement sim card from currys tomorrow morning, how long does the number porting and activation take 

when i went to download a Ubigi esim, only time i tried using an esim, my id sim stopped working tried everything but a factory reset

    Hi @Sue Bee 

     

    If you have a replacement SIM ready to activate (done here) it typically activates within the hour.

     

    If you have a dual SIM device, ensure that when using or activating the second SIM, you aren’t turning off or overwriting the existing one.
