I would like to login to idmobile to switch phones as my old one is broken and I have an upgrade available. However I have forgotten my password and can’t use my old phone to change it and get into my idmobile account.

+26I think you’d need to contact customer service using online chat at https://idmobile.co.uk/live-chat, or through social media by Facebook Messenger. or X (Twitter) DM.
The agents work until 8pm on weekdays.

If you have the SIM card still we’d recommend using it in another device so the password reset text can be received and used.
