Forgotten password and phone broken.

I would like to login to idmobile to switch phones as my old one is broken and I have an upgrade available. However I have forgotten my password and can’t use my old phone to change it and get into my idmobile account.

You can also discuss your upgrade options with the iD telephone sales team @JedH.

Contact them on 020 7139 1397, during normal office hours.

I think you’d need to contact customer service using online chat at https://idmobile.co.uk/live-chat, or through social media by Facebook Messenger. or X (Twitter) DM. 

The agents work until 8pm on weekdays.

Hi @JedH 

 

If you have the SIM card still we’d recommend using it in another device so the password reset text can be received and used.

 

For upgrades we’d recommend the same as @andewhite and to call the sales team on 0207 1391 397.
