I received a letter today with a direct debit instruction for a ID Mobile account in my name, but I don’t have an ID Mobile account and have never set one up.
I have a crime reference number, can someone please contact me asap so I can resolve this matter.

Okay @simonhenry, sorry to hear about fraudulent use of your details. iD Mobile tell you to contact them using their online live chat in these cases. If I was in this position, I’d contact iD customer service privately using Facebook Messenger, or send a Twitter DM.
