Hi how do I go about stopping my SIM only plan (monthly) to a pay monthly, found a deal on line that's not on ID website, need to keep my number also

Should I cancel my direct debit or is ther a way to do it online

Thanks Jeremy

The following may help here @Jer Blinman.

If you do decide to buy a new iD plan from a third party (and not directly through iD Mobile), keeping your mobile number becomes more complicated.

Hey @Jer Blinman,

It’s not possible to use a PAC code to transfer from one iD contract to another.

If you do want to keep your number and take a new contract, you would need to upgrade

New contracts will always provide a new number and be it’s own connection.

Cancelling your Direct Debit won’t cancel your contract as this will negatively impact you.

You’ll need to get in touch to cancel via PAC/STAC or processing a 30-day disconnection.
