Galaxy S10e, 4g and Wi-Fi calling

The same applies to 4G Calling here: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/4g-calling

Due to firmware compatibility, some devices purchased from non-Carphone Warehouse/iD Mobile stock i.e a 3rd party retailer may not work properly.

Where did you get the device from?

 These are my mobile network settings
I see no option for 4g and no option for wi-fi calling.

How would I know if wi-fi calling is working
Shouldn’t the signal strength icon at the top of the phone display indicate wi-fi calling and 4g

LTE is 4G. 

As for WiFi calling, the option to turn it on is in the phone app.

Phone App > Three dots > Settings >Wi-Fi Calling

Another problem I’m having is the SIM card status is showing Mobile network state as Disconnected.
I can make calls.

Any ideas please
 

That is how it should be if you’re connected via WiFi.

right, yes, got it. Never really understood what that Mobile network state was. Having had several chats with ID Mobile and Samsung, it appears it’s not only me.

4G calling is sometimes referred to as VoLTE, apologies I should have used both words originally.
