Could anyone tell me of how do I stop a caller making a text message to my number costing me £1:50p 

per week that mounts up over time. I do not know who they are, its just a short number 85004.

Hi @John Donohue,

Welcome to the Community!

If you want to avoid any extra charges you can look at reducing your cap to £0.

This will stop you being charged anything above your monthly contractual amount.
