get my line back up and running absolutely disgusting service


No calls out no calls in . I have a son with a disability in supporting living and no contact what the hell is going on this is outrageous. I hope ur compensation for the absolute shocking service and the distress u have caused to me this morning I will be leaving this network unreliable service 😡😡😡

Hey there ​@Mrsbodds, we did indeed have an outage with some calls/texts yesterday. The outage has now been resolved, calls and text messages should now be working again as usual. If you're still having issues, we'd recommend restarting your phone
