I've recently swapped from EE to ID and I've been unable to text premium adult shortcodes 89126 and 69997. My adult content filter is off and my extra bills cap is set to £31. All normal SMS/MMS are sending as normal.
The shortcodes aren't being able to send but I've been able to phone the premium rate number on ID
