Hi all,
Just got an upgrade a few days ago on the app, changing from a monthly rolling contract to a 12-month contract.
My app quickly adjusted to show the extra data etc. so i thought that was that.
But I got a new sim card in the post today? I was under the impression I could keep the existing sim as I’d done upgrades in the past too.
Can anyone help?
(Also, and that might have been causing the confusion - I actually asked for the upgrade twice as I thought the first payment hadn’t got through)
