Those emails were sent out in error, so worry not.

We did make a stickied post on here along with posts on our social media channels to apologise and calm any worries caused from those mistaken auto-emails which you may or may not have seen since.

I just logged in to ask the same thing.

Looks like something has gone wrong with the app & website maintenance that’s currently going on!
