Hi, I am up to date with payments to ID mobile however the most recent payment shows on bank statement as H3G.
The bill is uptodate and when out and about the phone does not work. Notifications are not being received and only received when indoors when connected to wifi.
The phone is needed to keep in touch with children.

I appreciate your answer but no, there is no other provider. They’ve taken DD but phone is not working, very frustrating. Always having problems with ID mobile will be looking to leave.

My direct debit payments to iD Mobile appear as a payment to “iD Mobile Limited” on my bank statements.
I need a PAC code and unable to text from mobile phone as stating there is no network despite paying bill. Getting extremely frustrated by the minute
