Has anyone managed to keep their old number when transferring to ID mobile?

How did you manage this? I have requested for my old number to be referred and this isn't the case??? 🤔🤔

What date was your port selected to take place? Ports can take between 8am and 10pm on the selected/given date.
Where was your PAC code provided? On the port form above or at purchase?
