I upgraded earlier to a rolling pay monthly sim. I’m an existing customer so was told they will use my sim. At 1.30 was texted to say would be activated within the hour. I’m still waiting now. Any ideas please…

Hi @Rob Hodson 

 

An upgrade may send out a new SIM card as a replacement, in this case it sounds like it’s been activated, have you got that SIM card now?

 

Is it working correctly?
