I can't use my phone to call out or text. 

My phone is saying that I'm not registered on a network. 

How do I fix it?

Hi @cck1373,

Have you registered for the new iD Mobile account/app?

Once registered you’ll be able to login and manage your account.

@Lauren Kirstin Marsh please can you test your SIM in  a different handset to see if the SIM works in the other handset?

I am having same issue - i am sure i already registered but it won’t recognise me.  When i try to register again it won’t recognise the ID Mobile Number or my number that i wanted to transfer over from old provider.  I can’t get into anything on myID Mobile.  Getting so frustrated now after 3 days of trying.
