On Friday I got a text saying a new SIM was on its way. I contacted ID - they cancelled mine and told me to collect a new one from Currys.

On Saturday I got text saying new esim was on its way. Told ID, they said they'd put special security in place. 

Today I got a message saying my account was being closed and my number ported put. Contacted ID but they said they couldn't do anything to stop it. Now the thieves can use my number to receive one time pass codes for my banking. The online help is useless - the agent even shared someone else's details with me by mistake. Advice please.
