Help needed: ID have ported the wrong number over!

I ordered an eSIM for a business line and gave a PAC code to keep my business mobile number. For some reason they have not used the PAC Code on the new eSIM number they have transferred my own personal number over with the PAC Code. So now my personal number is gone and I’m left with my business line and the new eSIM number that I never wanted. 
 

I can not get hold of anyone in customer service and Curry’s-PC World can’t help, and try explaining that to someone who’s first language isn’t English! (That is the reason this has happened in the first place).

Can anyone give me any idea what I can do?
