I moved to iD on 13th August but my eSIM now isn’t working. I’ve been promised a new one in the post. My wife was told one would be sent to her 6 working days ago and it hasn’t arrived. Neither of us can make or receive calls and we’re both in our 70s. In order to move to another provider, my wife needs her PAC from iD which they say they can’t give her until she installs the sim card that she hasn’t received.
This is madness. Is there anyone at iD who can help and bring this debacle to an end, PLEASE?
As we moved to them on 13th August and we’re within the stipulated 14 days, we simply want to end our contracts and for iD to provide my wife with a PAC to give to the next provider.
