Help requested re cancellation of PAC code transfer


I need some help today to cancel a PAC Code transfer as the phone I purchased has been stolen and therefore whoever has stolen it will gain access to my phone number etc.  Please let me know how we can resolve this today.  Thanks

Okay @robertochaulafan, I’d suggest you talk privately to iD customer service about this using the online iD live chat service, Facebook Messenger, or by Twitter DM.

The customer service teams work until 8pm on weekdays (6pm at weekends).

Hey @robertochaulafan,

You can report this as lost/stolen so we can blacklist the device and services.

You can then get a replacement SIM so you’ll still keep your number and have active services once you insert the SIM in the new phone.
