Can anyone help with this?
I’ve put I a new SIM (they sent another one to try) but I still have no service on my phone ;/. Could it be because I have something called an E SIM also on my phone? No ideas why the new SIM has not worked… in an apple 15. thanks

It may be worth taking your handset and SIM to your local Curry’s store to be checked.
Did you activate the SIM that was sent as it would need to be activated under your number.
