help! “the number youve called cant be recognised” error.

I have just joined iD and want to keep my existing mobile number.

I got my PAC code and completed the switching request online.  As I did this on Saturday, it said it would not be processed until Tuesday.

 

Today my existing mobile number (the one im porting to iD) says “the number you have called is not recognised” when you try and call it.

 

How long will it take before the number is switched over to iD as everyone has my existing number and people currently cannot contact me.
