Hi, 

First of all, i tried to phone -and is just automated service, I cant speak with anyone? 
 

live chat is not available all day. So please can someone reply to following request: 

 

 

ive received my new id sim card 

and I currently with EE if I provide the pac number to you, am I able to use Ee network while swithing to ID mobile?
