My elderly neighbour has no access to the internet. He needs a phone for making calls only. I was looking at the Actatel phone with an £8.99 monthly contract. Is there any way that I can help him sign up to this deal? His need is rather urgent.

If you can help him by setting up this contract in person using your device then that should be fine. Of course, we would advise you to follow government guidelines regarding covid-19 in your area when doing this as it may not be currently possible depending on where you live.
